Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email, shipping address, and phone number when you place an order or create an account. Payment details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.

We also collect standard usage data — pages visited, products viewed, and device information — to improve the store and power recommendations. Browsing history used for recommendations is stored locally on your device.

Your information is used to fulfill orders, provide support, send transactional emails, and — only with your consent — marketing emails you can unsubscribe from with one click.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the services required to run the store: payment processing (Stripe), infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel), and shipping carriers.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and local storage for your cart, wishlist, theme, and currency preferences. Analytics, if enabled, are anonymized.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account entirely by emailing privacy@techmi.store. We respond to all requests within 30 days, and usually much faster.
