Returns Policy

14 days, no questions asked. If you don't love it, send it back and we'll refund you in full — including original shipping on defective items.

Go to Account → Orders, select the order, and click “Return items”, or email support@techmi.store with your order number. We'll email a prepaid return label within a few minutes.

Items should be in their original packaging where possible, but a missing box never disqualifies a return — we care that the product is intact, not the cardboard.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of the item arriving back at our warehouse. You'll get an email at each step: label created, package received, refund issued.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Final-sale items are marked clearly before you buy.
